We are happy to inform users of this website that we do not track your data. We make use of the WP Statistics plugin, which is GDPR compliant. We only use this analytics plugin to track the amount of visitors, and the country from which you are visiting. Because we have anonymised your IP address, none of this basic information is traceable back to you, nor is the anonymous data sold to third parties. We keep the anonymous data for up to a year before it is automatically deleted, just so we can marvel at the amount of visitors we have received.
If you fill in either of our forms (the Register Now or the Contact form), we will keep your name, email and message in our email inbox, which will not be shared with anyone outside of our organisation under any circumstance. And in case of the registration form, we will keep this information in our mailing list. If you have previously contacted us and would like us to delete your personal information, simply email us again with the same email address you used earlier and we will delete all correspondence in our inbox (including the deletion request) and you will be removed from the mailing list.
